To don´t lose any premium account, i strongly recommend in using the Account Merger, whick merges any pack of accounts.

Download the Account Merger here.

Close JDownloader2

Copy JDMerger1.2.exe in the main directory of JDownload2 (i.e. the path of JDownloader2.exe)

Get Password

Choose "org.jdownloader.settings.AccountSettings.accounts.ejs" that you want to merge

Press Merge Button

Oper JDownloader2 to see new accounts
